Homecoming Day:

Homecoming Day will be October 17th vs Oilers.  The day starts early with a caravan from formerly Steve & Barry's parking lot located at the northeast corner of Kuykendalh and Louetta.  Please arrive on time, the caravan leaves promptly at it's scheduled time.  Let's get crazy, decorate your car and honk your horn.  We will be escorted by the Ponderosa Fire Dept. to the field, so don't be late.

Please be aware that on Homecoming Day all games are at regularly scheduled times.

Meeting times for the caravan are as follows:

Freshmen meet at 7:15am
Sophomores meet at 8:45am
Juniors meet at 10am
Seniors meet at 12pm

* if you want to caravan, please do not be late, the caravan will not wait for you, thank you!

Once players arrive at the field they need to be ready to weigh-in when called and warm-up.  Players will line-up immediately after warm-ups at the goal posts and will be announced before their game with escorts, in numerical jersey order (check with Team Mom for add'l directions or if you have questions).  Please make sure that your Team Mom has a list of family escorts so that they can be announced.

Scrimmages:  are like a Saturday practice only with another team.  All age levels will scrimmage simultaneously.  Each team will get a designated number of offensive and defensive plays.  Volunteers for scrimmages will be for water, 1/2 time and end of scrimmage snack, and a videographer, or  whatever your team Coach/Team Mom designates..  Please check with your Team Mom to volunteer.

Pep Rally: is a fun event for the football players and drill team.  After football practice, approx. 7:30pm the players will gather and line-up (by division) behind the goal post closest to Schindewolf, Sophomore practice field, and the drill team will form 2 lines on either side of the goal posts and each player will be announced and run through the drill line to receive his game jersey.  Afterwards each team will enjoy drinks and desserts (to be arranged by Team Moms with teams).  So bring your pom poms and noise makers and let's get the season started off with a bang!

Picture Day:
is usually the Thursday before practice, before the first game.  Digitally Different is our official photographer for individual and team pictures.  Players are asked to arrive at their scheduled time so that practice is not delayed and in full game uniform (game jersey & green game pants).  Please ensure that you have your players picture taken whether or not you purchase pictures, so that your player can be included in the year book and team photos.
The schedule is as follows:
Freshmen 5pm, Sophomores 5:15pm, Juniors 5:30pm, and Seniors 5:45pm.
